A: We send it by email once your parcel is shipped. Check “Track my order”.
Q: Do you ship to all EU countries?
A: Yes, we deliver to all EU member states.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, if it has not been dispatched yet. Contact us immediately.
Q: What if my parcel is delayed?
A: Carriers may need extra time during peak seasons. Please allow additional days.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If the shipping box/parcel packaging is damaged on arrival, please contact the courier/shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If the product itself is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We don’t offer direct exchanges for size/model changes. However, if you received the wrong item or color due to our mistake, we’ll arrange an exchange.
